Music is people: people in many circumstances, states, and stages of life...the young and old, the rich and poor, the lazy and industrious, the skilled and unskilled, the educated and uneducated, those in good health and those who are sick. All find a common ground and bond through experiences of music.
The Music Ministry at Hickory Grove Baptist Church is a ministry to all of those people in all of their various conditions, states and stages of life to introduce and enrich their relationship to Jesus. The singing and sharing through music is the celebration of the presence of God's spirit and God's work in the lives of His children. Whether the expression is instrumental or in singing, adults, youth and children have an opportunity to express and experience the life-changing joy of Christ in song.
I invite you to join us and know the excitement of freedom in Christ that illuminates the minds of seeking people...provides strength to the believers...is an inspiration that opens the hearts of all people.
