Sunday School is where Bible study and life-sharing fellowship occur on a weekly basis for everyone; infant – senior adults. We are now engaged in The Gospel Project, a three year Christ centered Bible study resource that examines the grand narrative of Scripture and how the gospel transforms the lives of those it touches.You are welcome to join us Sunday mornings at 9:30.

Worship is one of the most vital, if not the most vital functions of the church. At Hickory Grove, we have exciting, God focused worship led by our Celebration Choir and Praise Team. You are welcome to join as we sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs which enable us to move toward a closer relationship with God and each other.
Meets on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30pm for supper, fellowship, and a devotional. Young at Heart is also involved in a variety of ministry and mission projects throughout the year.
All women are invited to participate in Bible studies, fellowship gatherings, and the annual Women’s Conference.
Our men regularly take part in conferences, cookouts, sporting events, and local ministry endeavors.
Rooted Student Ministry
Students in grades 7-12 comprise this growing ministry that includes Wednesday Night Bible Studies, Youth Quake Live, Missions and Ministry opportunities throughout the year, DiscipleNow, Rock the Universe at Universal Studios, and other faith building activities.
Planted Children’s Ministry
Along with Sunday School, children are encouraged to participate in TeamKid on Wednesday evenings, The Children of Light Children’s Choir on Sunday evenings, and Children’s Church during morning worship. Our children also enjoy many seasonal activities throughout the year, such as VBS, Trunk or Treat, and Upward Sports.
A wonderful time of high impact Bible study, Scripture memorization, high energy games, and yummy snacks for kids, pre-k thru 4th grade, on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:45.
The Children Of Light Children’s Choir (K-6th grade) meets on Sunday evenings at 6:00 during the school year.

Hickory Grove Early Learning Center
The ELC ministers to area families by offering quality faith-based child care and VPK programing. Click here for more information.
Hickory Grove actively partners with Charles E. Bennett Elementary School and Clay High School by collecting and distributing school supplies, classroom volunteering, preparing meals for faculty throughout the year, purchasing several Clay County Fair tickets for families, and preparing teacher and student goodie bags.

is a global nonprofit organization that engages and equips the local Church to address the impact of joblessness through the dignity of work. AP is a powerful orphan prevention ministry that provides hundreds of jobs in and around Port Au Prince, Haiti. The ApParent Project artisans use discarded materials such as cereal and cracker boxes to create beautiful “upcycled” pieces of jewelry.
